who is afropresencia?
We are a grassroots network of men and women who believe in equity, accessibility and empowerment.
AfroPresencia.org works to present information about people of the African diaspora. AfroPresencia.org is a United Nations’ accredited non-governmental organization; we are a 501(c)(3); EIN No. 26-1652353. As part of our mission, we offer fiscal sponsorship services to groups—and projects—engaged in activities that work to empower people of African descent.
Our organization focuses on advocating for social, racial and economic justice within the Americas and the Caribbean. We showcase the lived experiences of marginalized populations through the use of visual and social media and us it as a platform to present information to the global community.
